The Role
As a Data Analyst, you would be part of Lefty Insights team, having a mission to turn our industry-leading influencer data into compelling narratives.
Sitting at the heart of Data Analysis, you will be responsible for extracting raw data from the Lefty platform and transforming them into high-value content, trend forecasts, and strategic insights that help the world’s biggest brands optimize their influencer marketing ROI.
This role would imply an active collaboration among Lefty Insights, and Product teams.
What You'll Do
Data Infrastructure: Build the technical infrastructure (SQL, recurring computational tasks, code base to collect, store and analyse all data required by the Insights team.
Data Collection: Specify what KPIs are needed to be extracted from the Lefty database while improving exports.
Data Analysis: Identify libraries and datapoints to analyse using languages such as R or python.
Data Automation: Be part in the creation of automated weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually industry reports.
Data Visualisation: Build intuitive dashboards and visual assets that make complex influencer data easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand.
Trend Forecasting: Monitor real-time shifts in social media algorithms and influencer behaviour to predict the "next big thing" in the luxury and lifestyle sectors.
Who you are
Must-haves:
Engineering degree
Minimum 2 years of working experience (excluding internships)
Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment or Start-up with complex multi-stakeholder products
Strong technical skills including proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
Experience with data collection through APIs
Experience with product analytics tools (PostHog, Google Analytics, etc.)
Knowledge on visualisation tools such as Power BI, Looker and Tableau
Appetite for AI and workflow automation tools
Fluency in English and French
Autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable in high-standards environments
Nice to have:
Interest in influencer marketing and social media ecosystems
Experience as data analyst in the retail, beauty or luxury industries
